What you type and upload stays on your device
QR codes are created by JavaScript in your browser. The links, Wi-Fi passwords, contact details and logos you enter are not sent to us or to anyone else. The same applies to images you check with the QR checker: they are read in your browser and never uploaded.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the page requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it from attacks. This is based on our legitimate interest in running a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may process data outside the EU under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Visitor statistics
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It uses no cookies, does not store your IP address and does not track you across websites. We see only totals, such as page views and countries.
Cookies
This site currently sets no cookies. If we add advertising in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it before any advertising cookies are used.
If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to reply, and delete them when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing and to data portability. Write to contact@qrnoexpiry.com. You can also complain to a supervisory authority; in Slovakia this is the Office for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.sk).
